Lots of water!! Movicol is good too. If it’s due to iron supplements taking it in liquid form helps.

Drink plenty of water and ask your doctor for some safe laxatives. I used coloxyl

Plenty of water and exercise, plenty of natural fiber in your diet (fruit, veggies, seeds), discontinue processed foods (like white bread and the like), add ground linseed & sesame seed to your breakfast, senna tea can be helpful too and when you’ve no result on that you could use a product like Osmolax

Use 2 to 3 drops of almond oil in a glass of milk its really works

Slippery elm tablets. Use cinnamon where you can. Drink lots, plenty of fruit.

Lots of pears, prunes and dates, lots of water. Add fiber to your food (the type you buy at the chemist)

I had to drink prune juice, and yes you do get used to the taste eventually

If you don’t mind the taste of dried fruit, Nulax works a treat as it’s all natural. But don’t eat more than a walnut-size piece of it, or you could be glued to the loo.
