  • Most definetely. Everything aches all the time in winter. Been that way since childhood.

  • Definitely. Try some simple stretches before you get out of bed. It helps me.


  • We tend to drink less water in Winter leading to dehydration, which is one of the primary causes of joint pain. We also tend to be less active so our muscles weaken – not to mention the ‘comfort foods’ we enjoy in the cooler months that can irritate our joints due to high sugar and bad fat levels!


  • Yep, I’m really stiff and achey over the cooler months unfortunately. Mornings are the worst.
