We tend to drink less water in Winter leading to dehydration, which is one of the primary causes of joint pain. We also tend to be less active so our muscles weaken – not to mention the ‘comfort foods’ we enjoy in the cooler months that can irritate our joints due to high sugar and bad fat levels!
