yeah you think that it shouldn’t be too hard to get it done privately. when you sign up for private health insurance, you are made to wait a year before you can claim

I am not a fan of the public system which is why I pay for private…It may cost more but I think it is worth it

I am not in Queensland but I have had one friend go through a tubal litigation and then a reversal, she had such a hard time going public (long wait period, then the Dr was not very nice to her) that in the end she took up private health care and waited the year before getting it done, she got a better Dr and a great hospital took care of her, she did have to pay a small out of pocket expense. Maybe look into private health care, the cost of the procedure, the amount you get back and go from there.

I had a tubal reversal years ago. Ive had three children after this so it was a success. At that time i got it done in the public health system. So I didnt have to pay anything. Its called an elective surgery so i dont know now but it may be done for a fee. You will have to go to your local doctor first. Get a referral to a gyno. Then take it from there.
