  • No I don’t believe so. Unless recommended by your doctor

  • No they’re not worth it. They were only created as a way to get around rules preventing formula makers from advertising formula for babies. People started buying it and they realised toddler milk was a lucrative market in itself. Most kids get the nutrition the need, and milk and bread are fortified with vitamins and minerals which assist. Try to get her to eat rainbow foods (fruit is fine if she won’t do veggies), and offer a range of protein options (I find chickpeas and beans are sometimes more palatable than meat for my picky boy). If you are really worried speak to a gp or paediatric nutritionist.

  • No, it will cause her to eat even less due to being full and lead you to a vicious cycle ! Milk is not the major component of food at this stage, she needs a little from each food group. If you have any worries, do visit a gp.

  • I’d say if she’s eating a wide variety of things, no. You sound unsure, so maybe a check up with your GP to see what she or he thinks.

  • This really depends. If you are worried she has nutritional deficiencies in areas it would help and she’ll drink it I think it’s worth it but it’s a personal opinion.

  • My kids never wanted to drink toddler milk.
