Tradeblock Café is a fully operational cafe run by students of Victorian College for the Deaf as part of the VCAL program.

I have know idea were you are from but yes there are quite a lot of cafes around ..maybe you could google “deaf cafes near me.” wishing you well and good luck.

I have seen a news story on these just recently on tv. There is even one that employs deaf people only. So yes, they are out there

Such a brilliant question and I found a place in Melbourne by having a search online. The place is called the Tradeblock Cafe. I will have a further search.
