  • My doctor alway recommended walking. But for sure there should be others. I think swimming is ok as well


  • I found walking was best for me. It’s hard to overdo it and you don’t risk problems with joints or ligaments.


  • Seek advice but they recommend not starting new exercises but what you regularly do should be safe to continue. Things like walking and swimming are great because they are low impact.
