My advice is to start a good skin care routine when you’re young, preferably as a teenager, and avoid the sun as well as apply appropriate sunscreen. I’m over 50 and only started moisturising in my 40s as I was worried about deep wrinkles. Nothing has reduced them, but I’m hoping I’ll maybe slow tgem down

Vitamin E cream is always reliable and reasonably cheap.

I follow a simple routine. Any cream with a lot of Vitamin E, morning and night. I read the labels and look for tocopheryl acetate, ideally it should be in the top 5 ingredients (in most creams, even pricey high end creams, it is down towards the end of the ingredient list). I have found reasonably priced creams packed with Vitamin E mostly at the chemists.

After many allergic reactions on store bought facial creams I make a facial cream myself from organic sheabutter, organic coconut oil and olive oil.

There is so many in the market that is confusing and having dry skin myself I like creams that have moisture and minimal or no fragrance which I think any scent is not good for your skin . I was lucky to receive a trial for the Olay Regenerist day/night cream and it is very moisturising . It is not cheap in RRP but I’ve seen Chemist warehouse and Priceline have it on sale many times . Also Neutrogena Night cream have good reviews from Paula Begoun and bought that a few times and has no scent. Sukin and Goodness have organic creams that you may like and they are fantastic . Try them when they go on sale and if you don’t like them at least you didn’t pay full price for them . Good luck .

A serum is also helpful to help your appearance,try some rosehip serum and you only need a little!

Do not on any circumstance fall for the Christie Brinkley special offers on anti aging products.
They are all a scam to get you started at a low price, then they take your money from your card
card even if you do not get satisfaction from the creams.
I had to fight to get them to stop deducting from my card, even tho I had returned the products.
Finally won, but was a huge hassle.

I’d try something with vitamin A in it (like retnol) that you can get on prescription. ALternatively make your own with paprika (apparently packed with vitamin A), make into a paste and leave for 10 minutes on area of concern but be careful about going into sun after any retional products have been used. And make sure you don’t get hot paprike…the chilli wont be fun! Google it if you’re interestedin making your own.

Idealy we should use creams and lotions before they become deep wrinkles, but, as from now taking daily care of your skin using good quality products will help stop them from getting any deeper.
