  • If the smell of BO is the issue, deodorant will only mask the smell. You need to reduce the bacteria that’s causing the smell. I recently read that swabbing the armpits with apple cider vinegar will help with this problem as it kills the bacteria

  • The chemist has a few products for people that sweat alot, not cheap but it will fix the solution.

  • A good deodorant and maybe see a dr if it’s impacting her participating in activities.

  • If she has a sweating problem, she made need Botox injections in the arm pits. My daughter sweated excessively. Her Dr recommended this, the injections stop the sweat glands from producing sweat. It’s not a permanent fix, but lasts for a year or 2

  • My daughter suffered from the same thing. We took her to the Dr who wrote up a referral to have Botox injections in her underarms. It’s quite expensive and needs redoing every 12 months, but it’s amazing, there’s no sweating at all. She’s so much happier and actively participating in life now, where she was just an observer for way too long. Look into, it was worth it for us

  • Not sure if this is appropriate for a teenager but im a sweaty person and found laser hair removal under my arms helped reduce the amount I sweated. I either wax or shave and change the type of deodorant i use frequently as they seem to lose effectiveness but laser helped the most. If it’s really bad maybe go to gp, could be hormonal. I’ve watched medical shows where people have had botox injections to reduce their sweaty pits. Make sure her clothes are washed frequently too, ingrained sweat in clothes smells worse than new sweat

  • Teatree oil deodorant is very effective.

  • I use those crystal rock deoderants. All natural.

  • Watching with interest I have a 13 year old that needs something

  • I sweat overtime, even in winter, will be reading comments.

  • I suggest the under arm crystal, or at least something natural. It is good practice to encourage your children from an early age to go as natural as possible. Not only for the good of the planet, but just as importantly for the ongoing good health of themselves and family.

  • roll on deodorants work better than the sprays. there are some really good antiperspirant ones that you can get from the chemist.

  • I found the Rexona Clinical Protection effective. Regular showers which a good loofa scrub help too

  • I think she needs a deodorant to help with this, Dettol has a new body wash also that helps eliminate the bacteria that causes body odor

  • Teenagers do get a bit smelly around puberty. Washing with a teatree soap r showergel will do wonders, then using a deoderant.

  • Use a roll-on and maybe see a doctor aswell.

  • Roll on deodorants are great.. Also make sure she drinks plenty of water. This helps with the smell as well.

  • Buy her a good deodorant or anti per spirant

  • the doctor may be a good idea let me know what happens…….
