If you go to Google there are so many things you can try to conceive a boy.

I guess what your talking about is finding out the gender of the child then aborting if its a girl, no idea India maybe? somewhere where human rights is not an issue

Male sperm is faster than female sperm so it depends on when you ovulate. After having two girls we decided to stack the odds and had sex every second day from the day after my period finished. We now have a beautiful boy and are thinking of having another so he can hopefully have a brother and we will be using this method again.
