Hello!

Ever since my third pregnancy I have been getting callous on my feet. I have tried all different cream treatments from the supermarket but it’s all just a temporary fix. I would prefer a natural treatment but any suggestions are appreciated.

  • Soaking your hands or feet frequently in warm, soapy water softens corns and calluses. This can make it easier to remove the thickened skin. Thin thickened skin. During or after bathing, rub a corn or callus with a pumice stone, nail file, emery board or washcloth to help remove a layer of toughened skin.

  • I have a cheese grater type of thing that I use on my callouses and any rough skin

  • A battery operated pumice works incredibly well on callouses.

  • I have a little foot shaver thingy I use on my feet. It’s like a little cheese grater and files off the hard skin. It’s not a permanent fix, but lasts a fair while

  • try to soak and then pumice stone. maybe that egg thing for your feet

  • Short of using the scholl callous removal pads that have salicylic acid in them, you could use a good old fashioned pumice stone and some really moisturising cream like a Eulactol heel balm or lanolin cream etc.
