Can anyone suggest good Christmas movies?

After kids Christmas movies, couldn’t find many searching online, The Santa Claus, Elf, Arthur Christmas and that’s about it, the rest I came accross were old movies in black and white or looked like they were from the 50’s. So if anyone can help out with some modernish (doesn’t have to be from just this year but just not old looking) Would be awesome.

Pretty much check out the TV guide a week or two before Christmas. There’s heaps on tv every year

ooohhhh I love Christmas…it makes me feel like a kid all over again. we watch polar express, the Grinch, santa claus 12 3 4. normally I find them in kmart dvd section to get a good range of Christmas movies.

I personally love Miracle On 34th Street (original & remake) & Smoky Mountain Christmas. Smoky Mountain Christmas is an old movie but it has a wonderful heart warming storyline & lots of amazing music from the very talented Dolly Parton who also stars in it!
Santa Claus The Movie is another old christmas movie but again has a great storyline which shows the true meaning of christmas.
There’s also Surviving Christmas which is hilarious!
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation is another funny christmas movie.
Jingle All The Way is a great kids Christmas movie. I think there’s also a second part out now.

Prancer.

The Grinch, The Polar Express, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Love Actually & Muppet Christmas Carol is a good start!

Those old ones are awesome! My kids love them! I picked some up from kmart, they were Rudolph, frosty etc. the old claymation movies…classic! I recently found some great ones in Coles too..The Naughty List, saving Santa. All great for kids.

Miracle on 34th Street is a nice one, it was remade in the 90’s I think and my kids really enjoy it and they love Polar Express that is a Christmas Eve favourite.

Oh my goodness my all time favourite movie is “the polar express” my kids and I watch it so much over nov-December we love it!!!
