I hope you manage to get rid of them. Maybe GP can suggest a dermatologist? DO you know what caused them? I’ve read sun exposure was a common cause and maybe covering up more when outside might help prevent them returning.

yes laser etc. i have some hereditary ones from my dad on my cheeks but i cover with make-up. for some reason, having a tan hides it a little as well.

There are a number of cosmetic procedures, including some types of laser. I would go to a cosmetic clinic for a consultation with a surgeon/Dr or a senior advisor there.
