Hello!

I’m interested to hear from any mummies out there who are using a dairy free, soy free, egg free, nut free…
– cocoa
– chocolate
– cooking chocolate
I’d like to know which brand and where it can be sourced from. Thanks.  Do you know where you can get dairy/soy/nut free chocolate?

  • Pretty sure all the allergy free foods are available from supermarkets these days

  • In the supermarket you can find various diary free soy free and nut free chocolate bars in the health food isle. Loving earth also has a beautiful range and so do Health food stores

  • Yes organic health food shops! Really interesting reading the comments on this!

  • Gosh,mr hats a big ask. I would think a health food shop, would be the best place to start. If they don’t gave it, they’ll probably be able to tell you where you can get it. If no luck there, Google it :)

  • Have you tried the organic health food shops? Maybe try making your own?

  • You can find out at Coles. They sell it.

  • there are some good comments here

  • If you use pure cacao product they are usually dairy free

  • there was a recipe for making your own chocolate here…https://mouthsofmums.com.au/recipe/homemade-chocolate-with-chia-seeds/

  • how did you go? :)

  • Hope you managed to find some.

  • All of the ones I could think of were soy based so this is a hard one. Looks like there were some good leads below though – hope you found one!

  • Did you find out where to get it from?

  • the organic shops might stock them

  • Did you find a place that has all those ingredients free?

  • you might have to Google it to find a place maybe online you can buy from

  • Hope the suggestions below have been helpful

  • Coles and woollies sell sweet William brand.

  • I would ask your local health food shop – if they don’t stock it they should know where you could get it

  • Check out panachocolate.com They have the most divine chocolate and its free of everything. I can’t eat soy, wheat and dairy and tried this – tastes so good!
