I have no idea what a cook 4 me is, but I would suggest you try Googling some recipes. Google is full of handy info

get some slow cook beef, honey and soy, some vegies and cook that all up and serve on rice.

I have trouble with meals all the time
in the recipe books they all seem too fancy or too much uncommon ingredients
its hard to find a meal that my 6 yr old and 2 yr old twins will eat
along with me being fussy

We do soups, stir fry, stews, curries, chilli con carne etc. I usually alter any other recipies to suit.

Just type in google recipes with what ever meat u want to use it always brings up some really yummy things.

What about slow cooker recipes? do they work in it? Women’s Weekly has a slow cooking cook book.

Their website would be the place to go I would think. Maybe ask some mums if they have one & what recipes they’ve used
