Absolutely! Look up baby led weaning it’s a great experience for the child, but make sure you supervise all the time (obviously).

Oh yes, I’ve done baby led weaning by mine and they only had finger foods, things what they could hold and eat themselves.

Yep, 10 months is old enough for finger foods. Have you tried giving her a spoon as well? It kind of distracts them while you feed them
