Hello!

How can I loose weight? Dear mums. I have been trying to lose weight but am unable to. What have you tried that’s work for you? I’m 33 and a mother of 3. I am thinking of going back to ultra-slim as that worked for me (however that was 10 years ago). Would love some advice & tips.

  • Even start with a short walk & replace 1 meal with a shake a day. That should help.


  • try the ultra-slim if that worked for you. get lite’n’easy or something like that that helps with food prep. get a personal trainer if you can afford it.


  • Making sure you have enough protein in your diet, keep the ratios in check. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, lean protein, some carbs and a little bit of health fats everyday.


  • I see a lot of healthy eating and exercise will solve everything. I’ve been doing that for years and got nowhere. It could be a hormonal issue or stress or simply lack of sleep


  • Eat a healthly well balanced diet with no bad snacks and plenty of exercise!

  • I am gearing up for the New Year and getting back into Calorie King. You keep a food diary and chart progress with your measurements and weight which is really helpful as sometimes you lose centimeters and not weight. Lots of fresh yummy salads, tasty fruits and outdoor exercise with my little one is my plan. Good to start in the New Year simply for the motivational element.
