Very much so. Hugely traumatic. It was my first and I said I wasn’t going to have any more kids because of it. the health care professionals thru my entire pregnancy and birth were unprofessional and i didn’t get the care I was suppose to. (which i didn’t realise until later) And the birth itself was traumatic and it was only years later I finally got help.

I know a lot of people who did, you definitely aren’t alone and if you need support definitely reach out for it especially if you end up having another bub.

I also had a very traumatic birth… I had people from the hospital come and offer me support and counsiling.
I find making sure im always around people and talking to my friends help me alot to cope…
