No help except for the things that would have been unsafe like climbing step ladder etc. The exercise of housework is good during pregnancy. Just need to pace it and not overdo anything. Regular health visits will let you know if you need to limit physical things. Every individual is different.
I had a cleaner come in once a week for the first 6 weeks as I had a cesearean and couldn’t do much. I mainly just got them to sweep, mop and clean the bathroom.
I didn’t plan to but I ended up having a traumatic birth with a long recovery so I caved and it was the best thing I could have done! She came twice a week for 8 weeks and it helped me get that bonding time I missed out on. If you feel you need it, definitely look into it 🙂
No but if I could have afforded one I would have. Things just were not cleaned as often and I used more natural cleaning products btomprotect the baby like bicarb and vinegar
