  • I have not bought clothes in such a long time so probably say I am still wearing clothes that are so out of date more then 10 years old.

  • I tend to buy classics that last me years.

  • These days nobody really cares what you wear. So go for it and wear what ever you like. You don’t have to buy the latest fashions, leave that to the rich film stars and singers, entertainers. The rest of society are just wearing whatever they want and can afford. Everything is in fashion now. I have wardrobes full of clothes and never throw out unless I have worn them to the end of their lives or can’t squeeze into them and never will. But I do keep some skinny clothes , ‘Just in case’. I find that what was in fashion years ago is still in fashion, my goodness even bell bottoms made a comeback and those horrible clunky big heels we used to wear many years ago came back. In the 60’s we used to wear 4″ and 6″ heels and I was looking forward to the day they disappeared, but no! here they are back in our lives, but thankfully not for me I am older and can wear whatever I like, nobody cares. I do like to dress neatly and nice clothes, but that’s me, BigW is my shop. love to all Lyn

  • Usually classics; if I buy trends it’ll usually be something like an inexpensive shirt.

  • I just buy, I don’t follow trends or seasons or fashion. I buy what I like when I need it and can afford it

  • I usually buy what’s on sale , I generally find a lot of sales on new season stock online , or I wait until end of season sale and buy them for the next year :) no one knows their old stock :)

  • I’ve always had my own style, a bit different, beautiful and timeless. However I like to buy here and there a trendy item. I’m from the Netherlands, people there wear far more trendy clothes then here. Every season new items were “in” and previous items were “out”. Kind of tiring really and a waste of money and who do we follow ? a trend ??!! On a certain point I found that good quality, beautiful and timeless clothing gives me more pleasure and goes a long way.

  • I stick to my own style, but sometimes need to buy a couple of new pieces just to update my look.

  • More stick with classics and update bits some seasons. Or just get a few things in a season to keep up – like some big necklaces and it can change the look of a whole outfit.

  • would love to but not working at moment so I cant.

  • I like classics but always buy a couple of new season pieces

  • I will buy it when it is on sale and also stay with the classics.

  • I like to mix some new season clothes with some classics and then use accessories to change the look of my wardrobe.

  • i tend to add a couple of new tops/staples to my wardrobe but not to go to nuts. My style is more everyday then up with the current fashions

  • I buy new season clothing when it goes on sale and the sales seem to start pretty quickly.

  • I tend to stick to basics which mix and / or match. If clothes still fit the following year I will still wear them, even if it around the house or casually like doing the supermarket shopping. If I need an outfit for a special event I make sure I buy something suitable for the occasion that suits my age group, not a teenager.

  • I actually buy what appeals to me and suits me ..not what models or fashionista’s are pushing.
Also only buy when I need something or see something I find would be of use …I do not have a new wardrobe every season /year.
