I always read the ingredients list as I want to know what is in a product. It may take a little longer to shop, which I don’t like, but it’s worth it to ensure there’s not too many additives in what I buy.
Yes, As the mother of a child with sever food, it is crucial for me to read labels on all products (even products that I have purchased before and I have seen from time to time ingredients vary). This includes food items, beauty and household items as some allergens may be present in anything.
I never use to read the ingredients before purchasing but now I have made it a habit of doing so so that I can see exactly what is in the product before purchasing it. It does make a difference.
I sure do. I check the food labels for sugar, salt and fat content and also to see where it’s made. Beauty products I like to make sure they haven’t been tested on animals and where they’re made
