I think you have your answer when you say you’ve been using one for ages and haven’t really noticed a difference.

Sorry, this might sound strange, but what is a lip plumber ??

l have tried a lip plumper and threw it in the bin,l didn’t like it!

I am currently using the Avon lip conditioner and it does feel like it softens and plumps up my lips at the same time . I think it depends on your expectations as well. If you want to look like those models with big lips , I don’t think any lipstick will do that unless you undergo cosmetic surgery . Perhaps you may be choosing the wrong colours for your lipsticks as well as this can make a big difference to the look of your lips. If you are not sure test some colours at the major department stores and perhaps talk to one of the sales consultants to help you choose a colour . Good luck .

Really??? I sometimes hear of people using this to do that or that to do this and I just think “Why?” Why would you want to?

i have never tried those lip plumpers. i don’t know. it would be interesting to see if that actually worked though.

They only really cause a temporary rush of blood to the lip area, due to the ingredients in them.
