Hello!

Do you use nappy rash cream all the time to prevent nappy rash, or only when/if your bub gets nappy rash, to clear it up? I’m not sure if I should be using it all the time.

  • With my youngest I used it al the time as she was very prone to nappy rash.

  • I use it when there is nappy rash, and right before bed. The other times of the day I don’t use it.

  • I used it quite frequently to prevent nappy rash.

  • I only use the nappy rash cream if I see my dd skin a little irritated, like a little more red.

  • I only used it when my babies needed it

  • I’ve only used it when baby/small toddler has a rash. When your toddler becomes independent and insists on cleaning his/herself after doing poos, you have to encourage them to let you check them, but after awhile they refuse. You may have to check and put cream on a few times. I have a Mr. Independent who seomtimes tells me he is sore and needs cream.

  • I used it only when bubs bottom was sore or had a nappy rash. I used a powder the rest of the time to prevent moisture.

  • I use it only when it gets quite red, I tend to use powder a lot to stop the nappy rash coming on. I try not to wipe too much and always powder after wiping and my bub rarely has nappy rash. Also changing nappies frequently helps to keep it at bay. Hope that helps :)

  • i found that using nappy rash cream all the time doesnt build up their immune system. i only use it if he has a rash, i wouldnt give him panadol if he wasnt in pain so no need to treat nappy rash that isnt there

  • I only use it when they have a rash or a starting to get one.
