  • our scales battery died in summer. I havent weighed myself since then.
    its winter and my clothes are tighter cos im an anxiety eater, but im in my late 30s, so I have stopped caring enough to make sure i dont over eat and know ill never have a bikini body.
    Please love yourself just the way you are.


  • To be honest i used to and it made me so paranoid. But now I’m more comfortable going by the fit of my clothes and its a sure sign of whether or not my weight has changed.


  • weigh and get digital scales. easier to see what weight is displayed and easier to see any little changes in weight that aren’t a kilo.


  • Also, because I can never find accurate scales. Measuring seems more reliable than unreliable scales.


  • I used to weigh but now measure as I find weight fluctuates.


  • I check my weight regularly.


  • For yourself or for the kids?
    I weigh myself about 4 times a year.
    I can tell by my clothes if I’ve put on or lost weight.
