My husband often gets home from work around 8.30pm/9pm or later. My primary school aged family eat dinner around 6/7pm. I am always torn between eating with the children early, or my husband later. Sometimes it’s easy to make a meal that lasts across all dinner times, on other days I feel like I am cooking all night. I don’t like to, but sometimes I also end up eating 2 smaller meals – not so good for me, but keeps others happy. What do you do in situations like this?
