Hello!

Unfortunately just before christmas I was admitted to hospital with acute tonsillitis bordering quinsy, for iv antibiotics, steroids, fluids and pain relief. since coming home on further antibiotics, i developed a terrible rash, went back to the gp, was told that it could be an allergic reaction to the penicillin, so to stop taking it and go back on a 3 day course of steroids. it has since got worse and now have been referred to dermatologist with suspected psoriasis and the itching is awful. any tips will be greatly appreciated :)

  • Huuummmm??? where do you live?
They is a Natural Pool… its called the Pool of Siloam and it is in Beachport SA. We live in Vic but have driven there to soak in the pool to help with psoriasis and dermatitis .
The pool contains 7 times the amount of salt as the ocean… so you float. And it is full of minerals…. whats that one that smells like eggs? It only works in the pool, we tried to transport a jug of it home, but it just burnt our skin….. it is AMAZING and a great place for a holiday!

  • Hope you feel better soon, not using any fragranced products helps as does a neutral oil like jojoba.

  • Cut all fragranced washes out, use QV products they are very gentle on your skin. My other half is on quite strong medication to keep his under control but your dermatologist should be able to sort you out. If you are a smoker, this doesn’t help either apparently. And keeping stress down to a minimum because its to do with your immune system

  • Moo Goo eczema & psoriasis cream with marshmallow is fantastic!
