I take both evening primrose and magnesium and it has made a difference to my mood and pain. I started with the evening primrose (before I heard about the magnesium) and had noticed a difference with just that. magnesium is also good for headaches and I suffer a lot with PMT and have had less since taking it. I get both from Chemist warehouse or similar discount chemists.and magnesium especially is quite cheap in bulk (compared to other vitamins)

I heard evening primrose can help. There might be something else on the market now – maybe visit a health food shop. I bought some maca powder for my juicer and it says it ‘balances hormones’.

evening Primrose oil I believe is good… and lots of rest 😉

Luckily I never had many problems, but when I did my GP advised me to take some evening primrose oil and I must say that it helped.
