Looking for a sleepy little town that is not too commercial. Any ideas?

The places below all sound good and I am going to look up these coastal towns.
Kingscliff in NSW, Coolangatta in Qld, Dunsborough in South West WA or Jurien Bay in mid west WA. All beautiful spots with amazing beaches, all have a couple of places to eat and drink but not super busy!
Would love to know of any places that are not full of tourists or too busy.
