Yes we do cheese sticks, vegetarian sausages, sandwiches, fried noodles, nuts, fruit, crackers, roast chick peas/flava beans, lentil chips, Indian Banana chips, soy sticks, boiled eggs

I like to have these ready to go if we are headed out somewhere. We do fresh ones like cheese and crackers (add in the crackers just before going so they don’t go soggy in the fridge) Carrot sticks and hummus, yoghurt and fruit,or we do tiny teddies, popcorn, dried fruit etc

I do this too and have in mine a little treat item like tiny teddies or a small packet of crisps (they are allowed 1 each) and then we have sultanas, homemade bliss balls and then fruit

My daughter has food allergies pm we always do this. The snacks often depend on where we are going.
A birthday party always involves a cupcake substitute. Movies we make home made popcorn and take some safe sweet treats, and a juice box.
Parks or picnics we would take crackers, veggie sticks and dip pots, little sales of chip or a big bag made into small ones by using soap lock bags or containers. Home made cookies or muesli bars are good sweet treats and for special treats things lie a agmajatd frog or lollipop.

Yep, sure do. I tend to make bulk lots of home made snacks and freeze them. Then you can mix up their snacks without having to bake constantly. It’s cheaper to do this and then you know what is in the food your kids are eating. Sometimes I rarely buy my kids store bought snacks but when they do they think it’s terribly exciting!

I do this, though contents depend a bit on where we’re going… home-made popcorn, carrot sticks, rice crackers, pretzels, bananas, usually all travel pretty well.

for the whole family i do, cheese, dip, crackers of two kinds, salami and grapes & sliced pear. And if its for lunch i add vegimite sandwiches and chicken and cheese with lettuce.

I love snacking and of course being human not always healthy , but I think it depends what you buy. Of course the junk food ones like chips, biscuits , lollies are classified as very unhealthy . Snacks such as dried fruits and nuts are not bad so perhaps buy a bulk bag and then mix them together to form a snack bag . Also there seems to be more of vegies chips on our supermarket shelves which are dried vegetables which I generally buy when on special . If its practical depending where you go , you can make a mixed fresh fruit salad by mixing them in a bowl . Either way you still have to spend but at least they are in bulk to mix and make .

I always out carrot sticks, apples, strawberries (lots of fruit), saltanas, crackers, muslie bar, depending on weather I might put cheese or yogurt, popcorn.

rasins in little boxes are an all time favourite of ours!

Raw nuts, dried fruits, home made fruit/bran cakes and rice crackers are all great options.
