Does anyone Suffer from Gout

I have been asking my Dr for ages could I be tested for Gout as if I eat certain foods my joints become so sore and inflamed and I cannot walk when it get severe has anyone or know of anyone with Gout as I am interested what some of the other symptoms are many thanks

When you feel your Dr is not taking you serious, I would consult a different Doctor for sure

Gout causing immense swelling and pain! Can lead to needing to be drained and hospitalisation.

Alcohol, drugs & your diet are all a factor in the cause.

A relative has it and tomatoes and alcohol make it flare up. He is on medication for it. very debiltating at times.

My father in law suffered with Gout, he would get swallon feet and legs and couldn’t walk and was in iscrutiating pain. Seafood and alcohol flared his up the most.

Yes I have Gout and I dont drink any Alcohol at all not one drop

My sister in laws brother in law suffered from gout. I was told it was caused by excessive alcohol consumption. I remember he would get quite sick at times
