Laughing releases endorphins which in turn makes you happy.

I think so! I know when you are sick with something like cancer, it’s important that mentally and emotionally, you are happy otherwise it’s hard to keep fighting and being positive.

Laughing makes you happy and makes you feel good so it must be good for you!! Never heard of laughing classes before though ….

I have hear of laugh classes but I’m not sure they would work as good as a belly laugh with friends etc. I totally believe that laughing has health benefits – it just makes you feel good and that is beneficial.

I have not been to a laugh class – but the benefits of laughing and releasing feel good endorphins works for me! 🙂

The benefits of laughing are quite proved. But in my idea just find a comedy you like, and watch an episode sometimes. If I want to laugh, I just watch one old episode of “Friends”. 🙂

I would never go to a laughing class, but for sure laughing has heaps of health benefits, releasing lots of happy hormones
