Hello!

Just wondering what were the first pregnancy symptoms you experienced when you knew you were first pregnant?
I have been getting extreme forgetfulness. And bad mood swings. And I just want to eat anything. Also more vivid dreams. If I am pregnant I would only be about 2 weeks. Would like to know how others felt.

  • Morning sickness was my first symptom. It was pretty bad right from the outset, before I even knew I was pregnant. As it progressed, heartburn was shocking. Sleep disturbance, regular urinating.

  • I didn’t have any symptoms but I knew at 28 days.. Because my period is never late!

  • Cold hands!

  • Very fatigued and extremely moody(more than usual)

  • I got morning sickness from day one which sucked, it’s more normal to get it 2 weeks later. So that trumped any other symptoms I may have had. But when I wasn’t sick I was also hungry. The counting system is silly, because you are 4 weeks pregnant the day you miss your period… Day 1 is the first day of your last period you had. So if you look up any information you would probably be classified as currently six weeks (being 2 weeks after your missed period)

  • I had metal mouth for 2 weeks a constant taste of metal like I was sucking a copper coin which I could only briefly get rid of with toothpaste or drinking milk- not good!

  • Mine was I would only have been 3 weeks and I accidentally ate some celery and enjoyed it. I’m not a fan of celery at all. I took a test the next day. I go to hospital tomorrow to have my baby girl. :)

  • With 2 out of 3 pregnancies i was irrationally angry at everything. I knew it had to be hormal and both times i was pregnant. This time i took a test because I had nausea that wouldn’t ease.

  • I have cravings already for ham, cheese, tomato sandwiches. And a few mood swings.
Could feel fluttering on left side when I thought I was pregnant, confirmed after this, first ultrasound-sonographer said looks like baby has come from left ovary.

  • I just felt different – but spacey. My period was due and didn’t come so did a test and was positive.

  • Very sore breasts, then a missed period. I had a dream where i took a pregnancy test and it came back positive.

  • I first got cramps like period pain then nausea, I just felt different and I knew I had to be pregnant.

  • Dizzy!! I was off balance. Must have been very early cos first test came back negative. Couple weeks later there were to 2 lines!

  • I didn’t find out until missed period. But I then realised this was the reason I was exhausted the few weeks before. I would fall asleep on the bus on my way home from work, get home and go back to sleep, eat dinner and then straight to bed. I would also struggle to get up in the morning, which was not like me at all. After 7 weeks, the morning sickness started – all day everyday for 18 weeks.

  • My first sign with my daughter apart from a missed period was bad morning sickness and sore achy breasts. With my son before my period was due I had the light spotting of implant bleeding so I guessed before I even got any other symptoms, however I started craving pickles before I got morning sickness with my son.

  • Morning sickness and very strong cravings. At different stages of my pregnancy I was craving different things chips, Apple pie, milk. I almost drove my poor husband nuts.

  • sore boobs an wayyyy more tired than usual. oh plus peeing way more lol

  • I had the “flu” I couldn’t shake it. I felt really tired and my head felt stuffy. My mother in law told me to take a pregnancy test and that’s what was causing my “flu” lol

  • Morning sickness was my first sign….couldn’t have missed it if I tried!
