At about 14 months old… I swapped one bottle out, then a few days later made it two cow’s milk bottles a day, and so on till they were completely transitioned.

I did mine just after my daughter turned one. I started off doing bottles 75% formula 25% milk then slowly putting less and less formula in and more milk. Worked a treat!
