Dried porcini yes, but truffles no. I thought you could also get dried truffles, but I could be wrong. I would love to try

I’ve had them shaved over a pasta dish in a restaurant but I’ve never seen them actually cooked.

This is the only thing on my bucket list – would love to try fresh truffle.
The truffle oil as sold by Stefano in Mildura had very little flavour.

I have eaten recipes with truffles as an ingredient and am keen to try recipes and then create some of my own recipes/dishes.

I have not cooked with they are so expensive but I have had Seared Scallop with Truffle and it was divine. Not sure how they were cooked but there was a butter sauce.
