I haven’t but my friend has, she lost so much weight at the beginning. But then she started cheating. Your stomach is smaller so you gave to eat smaller meals. Well, instead of healthy, she would down a Mars bar or cupcake. Here it is 5 years later and she weighs more then she did before the sleeve

I have a friend who had it about a year ago with great success. It took her a while to “settle in’ to her new way of eating, but she’s kept all the weight off and is very healthy now.

My sister had it done last year im not sure if it’s the exact same one and there’s a few different options she had the less invasive .. Revertable one .. And I think she sort of regretted it although she had lost heaps of weight … It’s limited her to what she can eat .. No pasta or steak .. Can only it meals if they are very creamy or saucy ti help go down .. So she eats what ever will stay down whicj isn’t always the healthy option .. I’d definitely research before doing anything so drastic
