IGA SELLS BIG SISTER CHRISTMAS PUDDINGS

Common problem. Me either. Apparently the company that produces them went into Administration in 2014. Hopefully, in the same way Big Sister started with a relaunch of a failed company, someone will relaunch Big Sister, plum puddings!

My father in law used to work for Big Sister before he retired. They changed owners I believe several years back. They were noone to be found, then they rebranded under another name before branded back under Big Sister. The last few years I have spotted these at my local Woolies. They only stock a few (3-4) and they are usually hidden/tucked away (I found them in the bread aisle, very bottom shelf).

Sadly, haven’t spotted them for some time. So delicious.

Found some! A little IGA has the smaller sizes so I purchased 4! Yay!

Haven’t seen this around but they do now have the fruit Christmas cake at woollies!

No, I’ve never seen this brand.

I make my own pudding and do not keep an eye out for ready made pudding. Maybe try and contact the company or even the major stores and see if they stock the pudding?
