Hello!

Just wondering if anyone has tried it, any side effects, success, how many treatments??

  • It’s a new one to me. If it helps shift the kilos though, I’m off to google it right now!

  • Be aware that some fruit and vegetables have more natural sugar in them than others.
Even some vegetables have some natural sugar in them even though they don’t taste sweet.
I went to a qualified dietician who gave me lists of what they know as good and bad carbohydrates. Good carbohydrates take longer to digest but they make you feel full for longer so you don’t look for additional sweet food or snacks. Bad carbohydrates convert to sugar very quickly, especially starchy food like potatoes and rice (especially white rice) + pasta. I find pasta doesn’t keep me full for very long at all. There is also good fats and bad ones. Bad ones in addition to weight issues cause high cholestoral = higher risk of stroke, heart and other medical problems. You can find lists on google. They are similar to what dieticians and GPs give.

  • I have never heard of it, but it cannot be good, you need a long term approach to lessen fat, that is buy eating a better diet, less fat, less protein, less high calorie foods, and eat more fruit and veggies which are low calorie foods. Also look at the possibility the fat you have is not just fluid, celery juice every morning will help, I lost 2 kg after a few months of it and did not change my diet.

  • If it freezes fat, what’s the purpose of that? Is it some kind of weight loss treatment? And what happens when the fat defrosts? Or does freezing it also kill it? I’m off to google this!

  • Never even heard of this. Sounds interesting. I would be doing a lot of research before going ahead with it though.

  • I have no personal experience, but am always cynical about these sorts of processes.

  • Heard of it but am sceptical . Probably just better off doing exercise

  • Haven’t heard of this ?? Curious about answers

  • Never heard about it

  • If it were a real thing that actually worked, I suspect we would have been doing it for decades now. I’d certainly turn myself into a temporary popsicle if it meant *freezing off* my unwanted wobbly bits. There is NO WAY this could be a legitimate scientific or healthy way of losing weight. And think of the cellular damage it could be causing to tissue and cells that aren’t targeted. What about your skin too?

  • Never heard of it either.

  • Please don’t waste your time. Spend your time education yourself on calories and energy expenditure :)

  • I haven’t heard of it. Sounds interesting.
