I haven’t heard of these before now. After reading the comments here, I think I might look into them, lbl is becoming more of an issue as I get older

They would be great for that! I got a 7 pack a few months ago and really like them. I find them really comfortable. I also use my cup on heavy days but the Modibodi’s are fine on their own after the first 2-3 days.

Yes! Perfect for LBL. I wear every day and had no issues apart from one tiny leak but only on a really heavy day and after wearing for 15 hours.

As other poster said, for normal periods and lbl, perfect. If really heavy, like me, maybe change half way through the day.

My only issue is you’re not able to dry them in a dryer. The absorbent part takes a few days to dry if not in the sun.

Pads irritate my skin and these are a perfect alternative for me. Plus better for environment and cheaper in the long run.

We were only talking about these last night. My friend won a pair and she was pleasantly surprised with them and recommended them to us. If it’s not heavier than a normal period it should work but don’t know for certain.
