I’ve been suffering from this rash that occurs around the mouth for months now and I’m unable to take the antibiotics to treat it.

I was given hydrocortisone cream. Why cant you have antibiotics?

Put on moisturizer regularly once a day maybe twice and dont use drying soaps ect

I am unaware of this particular type of dermatitis. I have had bouts of dermatitis and eczema over the years but they’ve always needed medical treatment

I haven’t had it myself but try working out any triggers and removing them. As it’s inflammatory anti-inflammatory foods might help but I don’t have any experience so if you have no luck maybe see a naturopath who might be able to recommend natural alternatives to antibiotics
