  • Melatonin always work for me. Maybe you can try the llwest dose.

  • We tried these with our ADHDer, who has never been a great sleeper. She struggles a lot to shut down at the end of the day. We found these gummies didn’t work for her. We have been using a Sleep tea with chamomile, lavender and Ashwaganda and a dollop of honey. But it’s used as part of her bedtime routine, so perhaps that’s why it helps. We have no screens for at least an hour before bed, a story with tea, she does her teeth. I spray some relaxing essential oil spray in her room. We have soft music or white noise sounds playing in the bedroom because when her ADHD medication wears off for the day her mind feels noisy in a quiet bedroom, so the music helps as a distraction. She’s also got a sensory lamp with jellyfish swimming in it to watch as well. That’s been a big help in creating a calm space. Hope some of these ideas help!

  • Have tried those plus other general vitamins to help sleep. They help, but we found it only worked when part of an overall schedule of reducing stimulation (particularly electronic devices) from the sleep schedules.

  • I thought these were for ones younger then your 2. Maybe you need to see a GP

  • We haven’t here but I’m keen to know the experiences of those who have.
