  • Just a gimmick and a sids risk I think!

  • No… I’d probably be tempted to get advice from a doctor. Remember there are safe sleeping guidelines that say not to use pillow.s

  • No don’t use pillows to treat flat head syndrome. You should go to the doctor and get a referral to a pediatrician or physiotherapist. My youngest was treated by a physiotherapist for her flat head.

  • No I haven’t used them and I thought pillows weren’t recommended for babies?

  • Sids recommend no pillows so I never used one and my child has a normal shaped head. I work with someone that bought one but she’s the type of person that buys a lot of unnecessary things

  • just sleep them on one side and then swap over

  • my sister has did nothing at all

  • Did you end up getting one?

  • I wouldn’t recommend them, i think it poses more of a risk to them if you do use one.

  • How is your baby now?

  • I didnt use a pillow under 2 years of age with my 3 kids …. the risk of SIDS is too high

  • I wouldn’t use a pillow for my child. Rotat their sleep position if anything. Are these pillows SIDS approved

  • No, why risk your child’s safety, putting them up different ends of the cot helps. Most children get a tiny flat spot that goes away on it’s own eventually.

  • When i had my son he got a flat head by 4 months so this time with my new little son durning his naps in the day time i put him on his side so he is not always laying flat on his back but i check on him all the time ,As i have big age gaps between my older children i was told back then to put them on their side so when i had my first son i was told lay them on back then hello flat head so hoping with a few hours on each side this son wont get it but i wouldn’t use a pillow as they wiggle and slide but if you going to, use it durning day time when you up and check them a few times

  • I hope you found the answer you were looking for. While I didn’t use a pillow, one tip I found useful is to switch the end of the cot you put bub to sleep at every now and then, so that when they look to the door they’re not just laying on one side of their head all the time. Hope that makes sense.

  • not a fan of pillows personally so I can’t help here

  • Definitely not a pillow at that age. They don’t hv the strength to more head from suffocation

  • I personally wouldn’t use one though as of the dangers but the link I posted below is meant to be the best :-)

  • No I just let things be never got a pillow or anything …
