Sorry I wasn’t allowed anything when I was pregnant, I hope you find one that you can take

Polaramine were the ones recommended to me.

Seek some drs advice, you don’t want to upset baby and find you have no milk from taking the wrong ones.

Talk with the chemist or GP first as some are not good when your pregnant.
