What does your daughter like to eat? You can make healthier versions of most meals. So if she likes hamburgers make those but add grated vegies in with the mince. You can add grated vegies to most things but if all else fails my kids will always drink a home made fruit juice ( which I add lots of spinach or spirulina to) just add banana and apple or pear to make it sweet or a smoothie which I add yoghurt, fruit, flaxseed etc.

anything with mince is great because you can grate carrot and zucchini into it and they won’t know it’s there. Spag bol, lasagne, patties, pasta bake. You could even try hiding veggies in pies too or shepherd’s pie.

I have found you can add grated carrot and zucchini to almost any meal. Mushrooms too if you chop them up small enough.
