A test confirmed that I also have high risk in vascular disease. Something I share with my siblings. Just wanting ideas to avoid or prevent this from happening.

  • Eat the right kinds of foods. Dark green leafy vegetables, keep your cholesterol low and be active. Mindy and body.


  • Cant help you but i think you should talk to your gp or look for support group on facbook


  • * Get — and stay — active. Regular physical activity can lower your risk for vascular disease by helping you manage your: Being overweight or obese makes you more likely to have conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, which are linked to vascular disease.
    * Healthy diet
    * Regular health checks


  • Probably best to ask a doctor on this one
