How do you deal with passive aggressive behaviour?

Hello!

My partner can be very passive aggressive when we have disagreement and I find it very hard to handle and end up blaming myself. Any suggestions on how to work with this behaviour?

Never react with anger because the blame game starts. Have your say calmly and walk away. It is his problem and let him know that he needs to fix it.

Firstly, don’t give them a reaction. When responding be logical and factual and don’t engage in an argument.

I’m unsure exactly what this entails, even though I know I am this too. Any type of disagreement is difficult to deal with
