We had 3 names we liked best and decided on the day bub was born. Just follow your gut to the name you will love

look up the meaning of the name and see if you can use the other as a middle name. Other than that lots of arguments

Mix the all the names together. We didn’t struggle much with names

My husband and I went through dozens of names before we came across a name we both agreed on.

We just found a name we both agreed on, i liked Rylan but my partner didn’t so we went with Riley instead

My partner and I had a massive list of names before our daughter was born. We managed to cull the list down significantly before we headed in to have her but she was nameless for about 3 or 4 days.

I wasn’t set on any particular name but my partner did have a preference for one particular name that while I liked, I didn’t love. Because we’re both quite easy going it wasn’t an issue. We played around with the remaining names on our list and sounded them out loud and picked the one that we thought sounded best, that we liked best and that we thought ‘suited’ our little girl.

I thought I was having a boy, and my hubby and I just couldn’t agree on a name. But my hubby had a name picked out for if it was a girl and I said ok, because I thought we were having a boy anyway. Turns out, we had a girl and the name was already picked, so it worked out good!!

I found for my daughter name was a movie that I liked “National Treasure” “The secret lies with Charlotte” – Ship that was buried and so my second daughter was called Charlotte

Write a shortlist of the names you like, and get hubby to do the same. Then see if you have any that match!
