When my energy starts getting low it’s usually a sign that my iron levels have dipped. I try to have some iron and b vitamins to help boost this. I also try to drink water regularly.
Getting enough sleep, eating well and taking a good multivitamin. I also find that getting some exercise every day helps to increase my energy levels as does having personal goals to work towards. When I feel like I am achieving something I have more energy. I like making lists and crossing them off lol
First get your blood tested as you may be just lacking iron. If you are not, selection Low GI foods which fill you up fast but release energy slowly like Rolled Oats (old fashioned Porridge- not quick oats) or Natural Muesli with no added sugar, a whole apple for morning tea, a tuna & salad sandwich made with wholegrain bread for lunch, etc.
