  • When my mil lived with us i had to shut our bedroom door and kept it closed. It drove me crazy.

  • Keep the cot out of the room the cat is kept in just keep it out of the bubs room maybe with a child proof door ..?

  • Sometimes cats can jump into the cot and its scary. There are products to help stop this from happening and try to make sure the cat is never in the room.

  • I was worried about this too when I had my baby, so we had a temporary retractable screen door fitted. Very discreet and worked great. you can also get dome net tents from baby bunting and the likes that fit to the cot to protect baby

  • Alfoil all around the top edges of the cot. The cat doesn’t like the feel of the alfoil. Worth a try.

  • You’ll have to keep the cat out of the room with the cot in it. Cats are known to enjoy nesting on babies as they’re warm and soft, but they can suffocate them. When bub is older you can let litty roam again. Always supervise of course.

  • Im sorry but you should not have cats any where near a baby. Your asking for trouble.
