How do you know if you have a blocked milk duct? And how do you treat it?

Pain and redness in the area. Sometimes massaging it will help or might need ultrasound therapy
You will usually have a hard lump and can get heat and redness. Try massaging the lump out, in the shower with hot water usually makes it a bit easier.
