How many kids did you want to have? What did you end up having?

Hello!

My husband wants 8 kids and I want 5 and in the beginning we were told we couldn’t have any and we proved the specialists wrong and was able to have one, then we proved them wrong again and had twins and now we are proving them wrong again and having a son. Because of this I am going to have my 5! How many kids did you want to have? What did you end up having?

I only wanted to go through childbirth once. So I only have 1.

From age 14 I decided I only wanted one. I have one. When my child was 1.5 I considered having another and it didn’t happen. I separated when my child was almost 3 and didn’t want any more children to a different dad. So I am one and done.

I was told I wouldn’t be able to have kids. Well I was given 2 years and was last that time frame when I fell pregnant with our daughter so I was happy to have 1 child but then we thought 2 would be perfect and we now have a little boy.
Perfect for us, 2 is plenty

It was always my dream to have 2 kids. When I went through fertility treatment for so long I was very happy that after 5 years I finally had a baby. I was very happy to have my only one miracle baby, then a bigger miracle happened and I had a natural conception of another beautiful baby girl that was born 6 weeks ago. 🙂

Wanted 2 and had 2. Hubby was the same. I’d love a huge family now but only if I had family close by who could help out a bit.

sorry i will add that i lost one child to a miscarriage. so pregnant 4 times, only have 3.

I would have loved to have 3 kids. But I ended up just with one.
