I can’t remember, but probably about 20kgs, I reckon about half (10kgs) left with bubs.

Between 17 and 23k with all 4 pregnancies. Luckily I was able to drop most of it fairly quickly after giving birth though.

As long as bubs is happy and healthy, dont stress.
